Mark:
There’s a moment that happens at the end of every move. The boxes are mostly unpacked, the furniture finds its place, and then, almost quietly, you realize this space is going to change you, not just where you live, but how you live.
This new home already feels like that for us.
At first, what stood out most was how different it is from where we came from. Our last home was built around convenience. This one asks something different. It’s a two-mile drive just to reach the front gate, and at first that felt like a trade-off. Now it feels more like a transition from convenience to intention.
What we’ve stepped into here isn’t just more space inside the house. It’s an entirely different environment outside of it, too. Our new backyard used to be part of a golf course that closed more than ten years ago. Instead of being developed, the land is maintained for aesthetic and wildlife purposes. Open space, wild edges, and natural beauty. Beyond that, our community backs up to the Wekiva River Basin State Parks, which means we didn’t just move into a house, we moved into an ecosystem.
On any given day, we see something new: Bald eagle overhead, Coyote in the distance, owls at night, Armadillo, opossums, even wild boars. For me, this was part of the vision. More nature, more privacy, more room to think and create, not as a luxury, but as something that felt increasingly necessary.
And for the first time in a decade, we also have a guest room. It feels like more than extra square footage. It feels like an invitation to gather, to host, and to share this chapter with others.
Renee:
Our last home really was the definition of convenience. We had a Publix grocery store one mile in either direction, an elementary school nearby, and a hospital right across the street. Everything we needed was within minutes, and for that season of life, it fit us perfectly.
What we’re noticing now is that this chapter asks for a different rhythm. The drives to school are longer. Eden’s high school was only eight minutes away. Since Eden and Xen aren’t driving yet, that means more time in the car, more planning, and a little more intention built into every morning and afternoon. Xen’s bus stop is about a fifteen-minute walk, which feels very different from what we were used to.
None of it is difficult. It’s just different. And every beautiful change seems to come with new rhythms.
What we gained isn’t something you can measure in minutes anyway. It’s something you feel. Space. Quiet. Room to breathe. A kind of expansiveness that changes your energy the moment you step outside.
It still catches me off guard looking out the window and seeing deer moving through the yard, Sandhill cranes walking by like they’ve been here longer than any of us, and hearing stories about the three-legged bear that occasionally visits the neighborhood.
What makes this move especially meaningful is that it wasn’t just one vision. It was all of ours. Eden walked into her room and immediately knew it was hers, the large closet, her own bathroom, a space that felt like a step into who she’s becoming.
For me, this home holds space differently, too. I have a large office where I can create and lead, and a kitchen that opens to the pool and backyard. Even in the middle of unpacking, I catch myself stopping at the window more than I expected, looking outside, watching what passes through, breathing in a way that feels different here.
Mark:
Xen settled in just as quickly. Black and gray walls, a full Batman theme, and somehow, even with the longer bus ride and further distance to the bus stop, he genuinely likes his new driver. That alone tells you he feels good here.
There’s a narrative around manifestation that makes everything sound instant: think it, visualize it, receive it. But this move feels much more honest than that. This has been years in the making. A slow alignment rather than something forced.
Every feature of this home reflects something we’ve each wanted for a long time, and now that we’re here, it doesn’t feel surprising. It feels right.
Because your environment is always shaping you, either supporting what you’re growing into or quietly influencing how you think, feel, and move through your days.
Renee:
This move isn’t just about a bigger home. It’s about capacity, more room to think, more room to breathe, more room to create, more room to connect.
As we sit here now watching deer move through the backyard like it’s simply part of their day, it really does feel like a new chapter. Not because we decided it, but because we created space for it.
And maybe that’s the real invitation in all of this. Not everyone is in a season of moving. Not everyone is stepping into something visibly new. But everyone is standing somewhere they once hoped for, worked toward, prayed for, or risked creating.
It’s easy to keep looking ahead to the next goal, the next level, the next version of life. But sometimes the most powerful thing you can do is pause, look around, and recognize that you’re already standing inside something you once imagined.
Mark and Renee:
Whether you’re expanding into something new or simply learning to appreciate what you’ve already created, there is something here for you.
And it’s worth noticing.

Thank you very much for sharing your post.
This post came to me this morning right after my deepest longing for reconnecting with Nature, and reflecting on the current popular saying these days: "You need to be in the right room!", with my mind responding: "I need to be in the right Mansion, not in 'the right room'."
Where I currently am today, as I am writing this to you, is definitely NOT " standing somewhere they once hoped for, worked toward, prayed for, or risked creating", or "standing inside something you once imagined"…
It is indeed true that "your environment is always shaping you, either supporting what you’re growing into or quietly influencing how you think, feel, and move through your days."
Your environment indeed determines a lot of things, from what you are able to access, create, deliver, the relationships you are able to form, to even the way you look and smell each day.
It is crucial to be in the right environment (s), the kinds that truly support one in being his or her very best. It is unfortunate that at this particular moment in time, some are unable to be in the environment (s) conducive to enjoying the fruits of their labor to live and expand the luxurious lives our creator intends for each and everyone of us on Planet Earth.
However, this is where a new wave of "Heart-Centered Business Women & Men", like me, perhaps you, and others come in, to change the tides…

March 26, 2026
Message of the Day:
Throughout the storms and thereafter, carry ourselves with respect, poise, and self-confidence. Let nothing shake our core. Believe in ourselves, the light, and the love we emanate – Radiate!
Find and lean on the strength and beauty of our souls. Look within us and pay attention to the messages we receive. Heed to our intuition and know that the current circumstances do not define us and will not dictate…
Our worth is not determined by how people treat us or whatever biases, misconceptions, prejudices, racism they choose to adopt. The way that others treat us tell us about them, not us…
The caliber of the person we are is always exhibited through our actions, whether it is acknowledged or not…
It is in the way we approach another.
It is in our tone of voice.
It is in the way that we speak and not how we are spoken to.
It is in recognizing that we're all on the same path:
The path to Live as best as we can.
It is to regard each person's inherent soul as sacred.
And as such to always treat him or her with Dignity and Respect…
Thank you,
